Congolais bien bronzés

C'est le genre de recettes que j'affectionne particulièrement car elles sont réalisées en deux coups de cuillère à pot, économiques et savoureuses !

Dans un saladier, mélanger 125g de noix de coco râpée, 125g de sucre en poudre et 1 cac de vanille liquide.

Fouetter légèrement deux blancs d'oeuf puis les verser dans le mélange coco/sucre.

Mélanger bien, pour obtenir une pâte humide mais pas liquide.

Sur une plaque, amusez-vous comme moi à former avec vos petits doigts agiles des tas en forme de pyramide (nan, j'ai pas le moule adéquate !).

Puis enfourner à 180° pendant 10 minutes, 12 si vous les souhaitez un peu bronzés comme les miens.

Et pis c'est tout !
